Your first step is to invite people to play the game – these people can be from any location with a reliable internet connection

When you host a game, it will appear in the lobby for people to join. Others can host your game too as long as it’s not private. Players can join games with guest account, so they don’t need to create an account.

OBJECT OF THE GAME

The object of the game is to DESTROY the other players COMMAND SHIP – by getting your fighter planes to within ONE board square of the command ship – each time you do this you get a HIT ON THEIR COMMAND SHIP

There is a card set – to get cards which represent the hits each player has had on their command ship – so when a command ship has had a hit – the PLAYER WHO HAS HAD THE HIT should go to the card set and choose the card which represents the number of hits their command ship has had This allows players to keep track of the number of hits they have had – The command ship board icon can be moved around the board in the same way as your other movable board tiles

In the basic game (no1) each player has a FREIGHTER SHIP – WHICH CAN BE UPGRADED TO FIGHTER PLANES – by going to the REPAIR YARD on the board – You can make the game longer or shorter by deciding how many fighter planes you can have and how many hits on the command ship are required to DESTROY THE COMMAND SHIP – This should be decided on before you start the game by all the players in the game ONCE A COMMAND SHIP IS DESTROYED – THEN THAT PLAYER IS OUT OF THE GAME – the WINNER being the last player with a command ship left on the board

A variation which you may want to consider is to allow SUBSTITUTE players into the game as the game is being played – these people would take the place of a player who for some reason was unable to continue with the game being played You could ask them to pay into the pot of gold the same amount as all the other players have paid at the start of the game
