THE BLACK QUEEN pots of gold is a board game using cards which you collect throughout the game and dice to move your character card
Your first step is to invite people to play the game – these people can be from any location
SEND US THE BASIC DETAILS OF YOUR HOME GAME GROUP
Once you have registered your interest in becoming a home game group organizer – you need to work out a NAME FOR YOUR GAME GROUP – YOU WILL NEED A SPACE TO PLAY THE GAMES
We use third party game pieces and card sets to give the games more game play – These are available on TEMU
Once you have the pieces to set up your basic game and you have worked out a purchased the card sets you want to use – the next step is to send us the details of your scheduled games so we can place details in our newsletter
We will send you pre game information so you know what is required – the pre planning phase before you start holding your game parties
Your initial pot of gold comes from up to eight players and is agreed before you accept their place in the game
When cards are used they are replaced back into the card set
Players are given money counters at the start of the game – the amount is up to the organizer
THE CHARACTERS – the basic game which is free to play has up to 8 players
THE OBJECT OF THE GAME
OBJECT OF THE GAME – is to attack other players pieces and ultimately become the king or queen of the fantasy world or one of it’s many kingdoms
As a home party plan business the organizers of the game groups will receive 15% of their group pot of gold for each game that they organize

REGISTERING YOUR HOME PARTY GROUP – Each home party group may officially register their game group – This gives you extra benefits such as joining our competitions to play against other home party groups – you are automatically registered when you subscribe to our e mail NEWSLETTERS – This also allows you to advertise your home game groups – to find new players
ITS FREE TO REGISTER YOUR INTEREST IN JOINING A HOME PARTY GROUP IN YOUR AREA – ALL WE NEED IS YOUR E MAIL AND WE WILL SEND YOU DETAILS OF ANY NEW GROUPS STARTING UP IN YOUR LOCATION – alternatively start your own home game group (YOU MUST BE 18 YRS OF AGE TO START A GROUP)

Each home party game group can create their own game group identity by choosing a group name – a group logo – etc
Each registered home game group will have their group details listed in our newsletter which will be sent out to all registered members You will also be able to advertise your game group so that you can get new members (any location with an internet connection) to join your group as a player providing you have enough character places available in your game
We have a selection of pre made logos which you can use to get started with and we will personalize these with your home game group name and location (nearest town or city) FREE OF CHARGE – There will be a small charge of about £6 every time you need to change your logo design or group name
- TO MAKE THE GAMES MORE INTERESTING – you can ask each guest – player to bring along a gift to put into the pot for the winner – Decide how many winners there will be before you accept people for the game – FULL GAME INFORMATION SHOULD BE E MAILED TO EACH PLAYER BEFORE YOU ACCEPT THEM FOR THE GAME – this includes when you will meet to play the game – who will fill in if a player is unable to attend – and any other rules required to play the game
- when you advertise your party events in our newsletters you can let us know: an approximate value in the pot – what type of game is being played – any theme to the game – how long the game will be played for – how the winners will be chosen and how many – the aim or objective of the game – and how many player spaces you have left to fill
- you can also let us know which party game events are fully booked and which ones are open for new players
- we will also require an e mail contact address for people to contact you for further information about your parties
- gifts may also be in the form of circulated coins found in your change – with a lot of new coins coming out with king Charles designs – you are sure to see some of these coins in your change – for coin collectors you can also have a buy or swap coins part to your event – guests could bring along any coins they have or photos of the coins – or even just a list of what is available – and then arrange to bring them along to the next party.
- please be careful about having a lot of valuable coins at your parties as not everyone is honest !! – you should also advise against bringing the physical coins to your parties unless they are of little or small value
- GAME PLAYERS WILL ALSO NEED TO KNOW – any minimum value for the pot gift and whether or not the gift players put into the pot of gold should be related to a specific category of products – for example – beauty, health, sport etc and roughly what value this should be
- If your group members would like to make the game more fun then they can dress up as the characters in the game and role play that character throughout the game – again we can mention this in your game details or advertising
